Gadha...finally something which i was talking about 5 years back...these things should have been done ages ago...we are not in the stone age period...there should not be a favouritism for foreigners...locals & foreigners should be treated equally in the eyes of the law and by employers...no discrimination should happen...the Employment Act needs to further strengthen to implement such things...
